Cancellation & Refunds

  • We understand that your travel plans are subject to change. If you wish to amend your travel dates or cancel your booking, please contact us twenty-one (21) days prior to your visit date to receive a full refund. Notice of less the twenty-one (21) days will result in the full charge being applied, no refund.

Service Animals

  • Working and service animals are allowed inside the lounge as long as they are leashed.

Traveling with Pets

  • Small dogs, cats, and other pets are allowed inside the lounge, but must be in carriers.


  • Last minute requests are subject to lounge availability. We encourage our guests to book a spot in our executive lounge ahead of time.
  • The lounge can only be booked for guests traveling to and from Providenciales International Airport (PLS) on the day of their flight. The amenities and services of the lounge are only available to guests who have purchased services from VIP Flyers Lounge.
